Rhubarb Tiramisu in individual portion
Rhubarb is a plant commonly use at home to made james.
The characteristic of this plant is that taken in small amounts helps digestion, with more and more high quantity becomes a laxative.
The use of rhubarb is categorically not recommended for women during pregnancy and lactation, children under two years of age, persons with chronic diseases of gastro-intestinal disorders (ulcers and colitis)…
…and although local produce is not readily available just yet, I thought these trifles were made for spring with the addition of layers of homemade rhubarb jam. If you want to go all out and make tiramisu from scratch, I have a recipe for that, too…but if you’re looking for something a little simpler, I hope you’ll enjoy this recipe.
